Real software. Real screens.

Made for the people
running the shift.

A clear selling flow helps new staff get started with minimal training. Responsive layouts support different screen sizes and orientations, while a multilingual interface helps teams work in a familiar language.

01 / COUNTER SERVICE

Find it. Add it. Keep the order in view.

Browse categories and products beside the basket. Staff can see quantities, the subtotal and the amount due without losing sight of the menu.

Fast-moving cafés, hawkers and retailers can start with a straightforward counter workflow, then add channels and services as the business develops.

02 / FULL-SERVICE DINING

See the room.
Understand the service.

A visual floor plan puts indoor and outdoor zones, table states and open-order amounts together. Switch views to suit the team and the pace of service.

Build around your restaurant’s seating, ordering and handover process—not the other way around.

Value without grant dependency

Choose on fit.
Not just on funding.

Rewardly is a grant-independent POS option: you can choose the setup your business needs without making a government grant the starting point of the decision.

Compare the full cost and capability of your shortlisted systems—not just a subsidised headline price. Look at the day-to-day experience, connected modules, implementation, technology and ongoing technical support.

No grant required does not mean the POS is free. Your quotation should clearly state the subscription, hardware, services and payment fees that apply.

Good questions

A little more clarity.

What is Rewardly POS?

Rewardly POS is a point-of-sale system within CommerceOS for Singapore F&B, retail and event businesses. It connects selling with payment, loyalty, kitchen, inventory and ordering workflows, with modules configured to the business’s requirements.

Can Rewardly run on my existing iPad or Android tablet?

Rewardly supports compatible iPads, Android tablets and professional POS terminals. Ask the team to check the device model, operating-system version, peripherals and payment setup before reusing existing hardware.

Is Rewardly suitable for restaurants, cafés, hawkers and retail?

Yes. Rewardly can be configured for full-service dining, fast-moving counter service, retail and pop-up events. The right setup depends on your ordering channels, payment methods, fulfilment process and required modules.

How does Rewardly use AI?

AINSTEIN provides AI-assisted concierge capabilities for onboarding and configuration. Ask for a demonstration using your menu and requirements, and confirm the supported tasks and review steps in your chosen setup.

Do I need a PSG or government grant to use Rewardly?

No. Rewardly is available as a grant-independent solution. This does not mean it is free: compare the complete quotation for software, hardware, implementation, support and payment services with the alternatives you are considering.

Can Rewardly connect loyalty with multi-channel ordering?

Rewardly offers membership and loyalty capabilities alongside POS, QR ordering, self-ordering kiosk and other supported channels. Confirm the customer identification, reward redemption and channel-integration rules required for your rollout.

Can Rewardly replace an existing POS or support multiple outlets?

Yes, subject to a scoped migration and implementation plan. Review menus, customer data, outlet workflows, permissions and existing integrations with the team before committing to a switchover.

Are hardware, payment services and all modules included in one price?

Not necessarily. Plans, hardware, optional modules, payment-provider fees and enterprise development can have different charges. Check the pricing page and request an itemised quotation for your actual setup.
