RewardlyPRO · Enterprise solutions

Your ambition is unique. Your enterprise platform should be too.

Connect the way you sell, reward and operate—with room for the workflows that make your business different. RewardlyPRO brings the Rewardly platform together with custom development and integration services for restaurant groups, retail networks and enterprise loyalty programmes.

A platform to build on. Not another disconnected project.

Connect everyday operations

Bring POS, QR ordering, kiosks, kitchen fulfilment, payments and loyalty into a considered operating plan. Give each outlet the tools it needs while defining shared standards across the group.

Make your brand the experience

Shape membership, rewards and digital ordering around your customers—not a generic journey. Scope a branded app or website and the connections needed to support it.

Extend what makes you different

Use Rewardly APIs and custom development to address specialist workflows. Map your existing systems, data flows and reporting needs before agreeing the integration scope.

Enterprise delivery in practice · Singapore

Dulux Connect: a brand-led reward journey, beyond the checkout.

Dulux Connect SG turns eligible paint purchases into a digital cashback journey. Its Google Play listing identifies Rewardly as the publisher—public evidence of a delivered branded application, not just a proposal.

Rewardly’s published project account describes collaboration with the Akzo Nobel team from ideas and prototyping through a pilot, feedback and reporting workflows. That experience illustrates the RewardlyPRO approach: translate a business programme into an experience customers can use and teams can operate.

  1. Register and scan an eligible product code
  2. Track cashback in the app wallet
  3. Receive PayNow payouts under programme rules

Enterprise is an operating model—not just an outlet count.

Restaurant groups and franchises ↗

Plan menus, ordering channels, guest rewards and kitchen workflows across brands and outlets. Agree what headquarters controls, what local teams manage and how performance is reviewed.

Retail and consumer brands ↗

Connect customer engagement to products and purchase behaviour. Explore membership, points, vouchers, stamps and cashback, with brand-specific rules and custom journeys where required.

Corporate and specialist operations ↗

Design around staff membership, eligibility, venue-specific ordering or partner programmes. Separate the standard platform configuration from any custom identity, payment or reporting connections.

From business requirement to a working rollout.

  1. Define the outcome

Agree the business problem, users, systems and measurable acceptance criteria. Choose the first workflow that will prove value.

  2. Design the connections

Map the customer journey, permissions and data exchanges. Confirm what is configured, what is integrated and what is built specifically for you.

  3. Validate with a pilot

Test representative orders, rewards, refunds and reports with your team. Resolve exceptions before extending the rollout.

  4. Prepare the organisation

Agree training, launch responsibilities, support arrangements and change management. Expand against a documented plan, not assumptions.

Good questions

A little more clarity.

How is RewardlyPRO different from a standard POS subscription?

A standard subscription provides the selected product capabilities. RewardlyPRO adds a project-led approach for requirements such as custom workflows, branded apps and system integrations. The proposal identifies platform modules, development work, delivery responsibilities and ongoing services separately.

Can RewardlyPRO support multi-outlet and franchise businesses?

Yes. RewardlyPRO scopes solutions for groups and franchises around their brands, outlets, staff roles, ordering channels and loyalty rules. Shared settings, local exceptions, reporting access and rollout requirements are confirmed during discovery and testing.

Can RewardlyPRO connect to our existing ERP or customer app?

Rewardly APIs and custom integration services provide a route to connecting existing systems. Compatibility is assessed against the system version, available interfaces, required data and permissions. A named connector, delivery date or real-time synchronisation should only be assumed when confirmed in the agreed scope.

What enterprise delivery evidence can we review?

Dulux Connect SG is a publicly listed branded cashback app published by Rewardly. Dulux’s Singapore programme explains the product-code, wallet and PayNow journey. This demonstrates delivered application experience; it is not a promise of identical features or commercial results for every project.

Is RewardlyPRO only for restaurants?

No. Restaurant and retail operations are important use cases, but RewardlyPRO also addresses enterprise loyalty and specialist customer workflows. Dulux Connect SG illustrates a product-linked reward programme outside restaurant checkout.

How are enterprise pricing, security and support agreed?

Pricing follows the required modules, users, locations, integrations and custom work. Ask for a written proposal covering delivery, data handling, security evidence, testing, support hours and service levels. Do not infer a certification, availability guarantee or unlimited support from the enterprise label alone.
