The Dulux Connect App is a purpose-built loyalty platform designed to reward members with real cash incentives for purchasing DULUX ICI paints. With a strong focus on simplicity, reliability, and user experience, the app makes it effortless for users to sign up, track purchases, and receive cashback payouts seamlessly.
In close collaboration with the Akzo Nobel team, we aligned the app’s development with their strategic goals—starting from ideation, through prototyping, and eventually launching a pilot event to validate the concept. This agile process allowed us to gather valuable feedback, iterate swiftly, and fine-tune the app to enhance usability and maximize engagement.
We also optimized data collection processes, turning them into automated, actionable reports that deliver critical insights. These insights empower the business unit to make data-driven decisions, reinforcing the program’s strategic value.
